When I relaunched my web design services a couple of years ago, my idea was to provide help to small businesses and individuals who needed a website but couldn’t afford to pay the huge fees that many big design companies were charging. This week I have a launched a website that epitomises just that.
Francesca is a young lady with a great talent. She collects discarded oyster and scallop shells, cleans them up and then hand paints or decoupages them. This turns them into beautiful ornaments and trinket trays. She needed a website through which she could sell directly to customers online without incurring huge fees or having a big company like Amazon taking a big slice of the money she makes.
A WordPress and Elementor site using Woocommerce to build the shop side has got her online for just a small startup cost. My SEO knowledge has also ensured that she is already starting to appear in Google searches.
